CoServ Electric is committed to providing reliable service and we appreciate your help identifying malfunctioning streetlights. Please use the form below to report a streetlight that is in need of repair. Include as much information as possible about the light and its location. If multiple streetlights need repair, please submit a form for each individual light. Repairs are generally done within 7 - 10 working days but may take longer if extensive damage is present.
