CoServ members are invited and encouraged to attend our 2008 annual meeting. The 6 p.m. dinner (followed by the 7 p.m. business meeting) will be held on Tuesday, June 24, at the University of North Texas Coliseum.

As a member-owned organization, CoServ conducts annual meetings in order to:

• Report information about the status of the cooperative;
• Elect Board of Directors representatives;
• Act upon relevant business items;
• Share strategic goals:
• Answer questions from members.

The annual meeting also gives you a chance to mingle with your neighbors, interact with the CoServ team and meet your Board of Directors representatives. Districts 3, 4 and 6 are up for election this year, and notices will be mailed to districts’ members on March 11. For more information about nominations and the election process, please refer to our bylaws pages 4 through 8.

Your June issue of Texas Co-op Power magazine will contain your official mail-in ballot (with a postage paid envelope), your annual meeting notice, your dinner RSVP card and your registration/door prize ticket. The June issue is mailed out on May 27, so be on the lookout for your copy.
